Lets analyze this;
My 5-year-old daughter asked me a question, out of the blue, as usual.
"Mommy, what does dying mean?".
"Ah...I see....dying, it is when our soul leaves our body. Then our body wont feel anything anymore". She was still looking at my face, waiting for more explanation. I was thinking hard to find age appropriate explanation with some spiritual meaning to "dying".
Then my husband, who was busy scrummaging the fridge for some soda interrupted, without even looking at us.
"Dying is when our heart stops beating and our life comes to end".
My daughter fell silent, then said "oh...I see", then continued what she was doing.
